I recently employed Galloways to sell my flat in West Norwood. The staff in the office were always informative and helpful and I was very impressed when watching them show prospective buyers around. After an offer was accepted the staff kept me constantly updated, and I feel went much further than most estate agents normally would to ensure that my sale went through. Whilst other estate agents seem to only think about their personal sales bonus Galloways offer exceptional service in a friendly manner. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell, and I will be using them again when it comes to selling my next property.

We had a good feeling about Galloways from the moment we met Steve and they have not let us down. They have just sold our flat in West Norwood and have been absolutely great throughout. We were particularly impressed by their down-to-earth way of doing business and their honesty, both in terms of pricing and their assessment of viewers' feedback. When the first offer fell through (through no fault of Galloways), Steve and the team went full steam ahead in trying to secure us another buyer - which they did within a week. Steve is also the kind of guy who says he'll call the buyer and phone you straight back and actually do it! Very reliable, very friendly, very knowledgeable about the local area and all in all a relaxed and seamless experience. As with all the other reviews, we can't recommend them highly enough. It's only a shame that we've left the area so we can't use them again in future!!
