RENTING GUIDERegistration A simple process by telephone, email or in person to establish your needs and to immediately match you to suitable properties. Viewings Make immediate arrangements for viewings, as properties to rent are never available for long as Landlords expect a tenant to be moving in within four weeks of marketing. Deposit A deposit of £200 in cleared funds is required to secure a property subject to referencing. Reference Process Each prospective tenant will be required to complete a questionnaire. This will assist in establishing their suitability as a tenant. We employ the services of a referencing agency to verify the information provided. They can complete the whole process within 72 hours. Contracts These are Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements for a Fixed period of either six or twelve months. Services The tenant will be responsible for the Gas, Electricity, Telephone, Water rates and Council Tax. It is advisable to contact the suppliers in advance of the moving in date. Moving in Once the tenancy agreements have been signed and witnessed and the balance of monies are paid you will be handed the keys to the property.
