Prior to the commencement of the tenancy you will be required to pay in cleared funds one month’s rent in advance, plus one month’s security deposit. As previously stated the holding fee of £200.00 is added to the security deposit and registered with an approved deposit scheme.

All deposits held by us for assured short hold tenancy will be registered and protected with the Despot Protection Service (DPS).

Should you wish to amend the terms of the tenancy agreement once it has started and with the agreement of your landlord, a new tenancy can be drawn up at a cost of £180.00 including VAT.

Your landlord does not have to agree to changing any of the named tenants during the tenancy term. However he/she may agree to do so subject to you reimbursing him/her for any financial loss he/she might suffer as a result of ending one tenancy early and creating a new tenancy.

Preparation of a new tenancy £180.00 including VAT.

Administration fee for proposed new tenant £150.00 including VAT.

As above. Re-registration of deposit with The Deposit Protection Service £60.00 including VAT.
