Penge has a great variety of shops and now offers brilliant transport connections since the arrival of the East London line. Penge has an abundance of history with a heritage trail and amazing architecture, from Watermens Square Almshouses to Saint John’s Church and even a converted Police station. South Norwood

South Norwood is located 3 miles north east of Croydon town centre, with Norwood Junction railway station at the heart of the High Street - the busiest station outside of central Croydon. It benefits from a number of attractive green open spaces including South Norwood Country Park, South Norwood Lake and Grounds and South Norwood Recreation Ground. The BRIT School is notable for its famous performing alumni and nearby Selhurst Park is home to Crystal Palace Football Club.

Streatham is located within the borough of Lambeth and has an extensive High Street and is home to over 400 businesses including an array of bars and restaurants. Transport links are fantastic as there are three train stations, Streatham Common station, Streatham station and Streatham Hill station.

West Dulwich

West Dulwich has two main parades of shops, the main one being on the Park Hall road junction, where Croxted Road becomes South Croxted Road. Shops there include Tesco, and a number of high end or independent shops. The other parade is on Rosendale Road and has more local-style shops. The Rosendale pub was redeveloped into a gastropub and was awarded the title of TimeOut London Best Gastropub 2007.

When you think Crystal Palace, you think huge cast iron and glass plated structure with beautiful landscaped gardens, sitting at one of the highest points of London! A leafy green suburban town bordering Crystal Palace, Forest Hill and Dulwich. Beckenham is a town located in the London Borough of Bromley and has several pockets of green spaces which have a mixture of fish ponds, sports grounds and recreational parks. Situated 10 miles south of Central London, Beckenham still offers a village feel. The High Street is predominately made up of independent shops and restaurants, trendy bars and quaint café’s.
