We will deliver an honest and up to date valuation, using all the latest technology and data available to us. You will be sent an email confirmation of the value and how Galloways have arrived at that figure, by sharing with you our best price guide.

Our professional photographer will take care of producing high‐quality lifestyle shots that best display your home. External and internal photographs (where applicable) will be set out in a prominent window display. A professional and to scale floorplan will be provided. We will also create a video of your property, so applicants can experience a walk through viewing online.

Your property will be featured on all the major property portals, which include our own website www.gallowaysonline.co.uk. We also advertise our properties on social networking channels such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

We are licensed members of Propertymark. We subscribe to the Ombudsman of Estate Agents for Sales and Lettings and adhere to a strict code of practise. Our distinctive ‘to let’ board will be ordered on the day we gain your instructions and will be prominently displayed at your property.

When instructions are received, we will contact every applicant on our registered databases who have stated an interest in properties similar to your own. This allows us to secure immediate interest in your property. The property will be matched to applicants regularly using our advanced IT systems.

All viewings will be strictly by appointment and accompanied by a trained member of the Galloways team. In order to create competition where possible, Galloways will carry out block viewings of your property. All buyers are pre‐qualified and registered before entering your home.

You will receive an update on viewings within 48 hours of that appointment, which will help us identify any overriding reasons as to why your property has not been let.
