We are licensed members of Propertymark. We subscribe to the Ombudsman of Estate Agents for Sales and Lettings and adhere to a strict code of practise. Our distinctive ‘For Sale’ board will be ordered on the day we gain your instructions and will be prominently displayed at your property.

When instructions are received, we will contact every applicant on our registered databases who have stated an interest in properties similar to your own. This allows us to secure immediate interest in your property. The property will be matched to applicants regularly using our advanced IT systems.

All viewings will be strictly by appointment and accompanied by a trained member of the Galloways team. In order to create competition where possible, Galloways will carry out block viewings of your property. All buyers are pre‐qualified and registered before entering your home.

You will receive an update on viewings within 48 hours of that appointment, which will help us identify any overriding reasons as to why your home has not been sold.
